The accused in the Pune Porsche crash reportedly accepted that he was drunk on the day of the accident. As per reports, he claimed that he did not completely remember all the incidents of the crash day. The Police earlier asked the court to allow them to try the minor accused as an adult. Notably, three different cases in the matter have been filed by the police. FIR in connection with accident, FIR against bar, and third case about wrongful confinement of family’s driver.
