1:44 Workout:
5 Exercises in Ladder Fashion
2 Reps each for round one
4 Reps each for round two and keep going up until you hit 10 reps each.
Then work back down doing another round of 10, then 8 and so on.
300 Reps total
Goal weight: something you could only lift for about 12 reps in one set
Rest time: as short as possible
