Is this the BEST storm deck Modern has ever seen?

Did MH3 bring storm back to Modern? With the printing of Ral, Monsoon Mage, and Unstable Amulet, I think it might have. That said, I have some opinions about the particular list that others have been running, specifically about Wheel of Potential’s inclusion. I talk about it in the intro.
