Natasha Wodak talks about why she chose to run the marathon in Chandler, AZ in December. The Vancouver-area runner also talks about running a big marathon at her best, after the Tokyo Olympics. Choosing the marathon over the 10,000m, her teammates, and the selection process. She also talks about whether she will go after the national half-marathon, which did hold for 13 days in 2020, however, Andrea Secaffien took it as well as her 10,000m record.

During this 28-minute video, Wodak talks about Coach Lynn Kanuka, teammate Malindi Elmore and concern for teammate Dayna Pidhoresky, who she says, "made the team fair and square and people need to stop talking about whether she should be on the team."

The Sapporo course was discussed. It is relatively flat but does have one climb at about 8K into the race.
