Journey on Indian Railways: Relaxing Train Sounds Ep.5

15 August 2017, Madhya Pradesh-Maharashtra-Telangana, India.

Volume 5 of my train sounds compilation is here! I have recorded track-sound related videos on many of my journeys, but this one is on a whole new level. I spent most of the day at the door of the 12214 Delhi-Yesvantpur Duronto Express - a train famed for its blistering run as it dispatches train after train on the loop line during its 33-hour journey. Much of the speeds in the video are in excess of 100kph, topping out at 120kph. This speed, combined with the different spacing of wheels and bogies (LHB vs ICF coaches), makes for an entertaining sound show.

Some wind noise is present in the video, and was not avoidable.
