How to handle winter dormant orchids!

We are DEEP into winter here in Melbourne and the cold weather has lead me to ponder all the various types of 'dormancy' my orchids go through and the slightly different care that each requires. So in this video I thought I'd review the orchids I have that go through some sort of dormancy from a hard one to more of a rest, and explain the whys and wherefores of what I'm doing. Depending upon your environment and growing methods you might have a wildly different regime but this is what is working for me...at the moment!
