Locked Up John Deere Z225 Zero Turn Lawn Mower. Is it worth fixing??

Worse than it looks!! This mower has been sitting up a long time and is in pretty bad shape.
Should we invest the money in repairing it?
The list is long, it needs an engine rebuilt, I have 2 to choose from.
It also needs a muffler, belts, spindles, pulleys, battery, possible PTO clutch and so so much more.
Then we will have, to deal with electrical issues I'm sure.
