💰 The Fiido M3 Off Road eBike is an affordable alternative to more expensive models like the Mate X, offering similar features at a much lower price point.
🚴‍♂️ The assembly process is straightforward and can be completed in around 20 minutes, with all necessary tools provided.
⚡️ The bike offers three modes of pedal assist and a throttle for off-road use, allowing for different riding experiences and speeds.
🛣️ The front and rear suspension greatly improve the ride quality, especially when riding off-road, although the rear suspension could be improved.
🔋 The battery has a decent range of around 35-40 km on pure electric mode, but this may vary depending on factors such as rider weight and terrain.
🔄 The folding feature of the Fiido M3 makes it convenient for transportation, allowing it to be easily stored in a car without the need for a bike rack.
📈 Overall, the Fiido M3 Off Road eBike is a good entry-level option with room for improvement in terms of ride quality and range. Upgrading certain components, such as the rear suspension, can enhance the overall performance of the bike.

Soon after recceiving the bikes, we realised that this was actually a copy of a more expensive and very popular Kickstarter eBike called the Mate X. The Mate X costs $4300, but only comes with a 250w motor. In this video, we're going to put the Fiido M3 Off Road through its paces and see if the $999 eBike from Woolies any good? or is it just a fake knockoff?
