The speciality of this Pasta is, it has been cooked without any oil. it is a unique recipe which you can enjoy even in your WEIGHTLOSS journey. This is just 400 cal meal with approximately 30 g PROTEIN. ALL MACROS ARE SHARED IN THR VIDEO.

Why is gluten-free because I have used chickpeas pasta in it and for an extra kick of protein I have used tofu which also makes his pasta dairy free that is vegan.
