DCPCR is set to launch WhatsApp Chatbot for the children of Delhi on 1st February 2023.

The Chatbot will help citizens and Commission to interact in more effective manner. Some of its use cases include complaint registration, searching information, tracking complaint status etc. It will be used by Commission for nudge-based awareness communications to children, women, anganwadi workers etc.

Delhi Commission For Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) is the apex statutory authority of Government of Delhi to protect, promote and monitor the implementation of rights, and policies related to children such as education, immunisation, protection against abuse, and nutrition.

The Chatbot will be launched by our Chief Guest, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Sh. Manish Sisodia.

This will be followed by a Panel Discussion on 'Role of Technology in Strengthening Governance'.
