INGREDIENTS :
½ kg of string beans / alsande
1 onion sliced
1 tomato chopped
3 green chilies
½cup grated coconut
Salt to taste
2-3 crushed garlic
1 tbsp mustard seeds
Fresh curry leaves

METHOD:
Wash and cut string beans /alsande into small pieces.
Add chopped beans to a cooking vessel/pan, salt, and a little water (cook only 50-60%).
Next add tomato, onion, green chili, and coconut mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finally, season with oil, mustard seeds, crushed garlic, and curry leaves.
