Oleg Radzinsky: What is Putin afraid of?

In April 2024, dissident and writer Oleg Radzinsky published his essay ‘So this is what they are afraid of’ in the Republic project. Radzinsky believes that regionalism can be a successful method of fighting Vladimir Putin's regime.
