Scabies is an parasitic infection caused by a parasite called Sarcoptes scabiei.
sarcoptes scabiei is also called itch mite or seven year itch.
scabies is transmitted from person to person by direct contact but the contact should be atleast 10 minutes.
Due to severe itching patients try to scratches as a result superadded bacterial infection takes palce.
If someone suffering from scabies presented to us with complaints of severe pruritus more at night and sometimes it may cause pimples and blisters.

Treatment: Scabies is treated with permethrin and ivermectin.
The most important thing is to fallow the treatment instructions to avoid treatment failure of scabies and instructions explained in video.
