Pahalgam Terror Attack: PM Modi Calls Security Cabinet Meet, Death Toll Rises to 26 | N18G

A deadly terror attack rocked Kashmir’s Pahalgam on April 22 when terrorists opened fire on tourists in Baisaran meadow. At Least Twenty-six people were killed, over 40 injured. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi cut short his Saudi trip and landed in Delhi today, where he has vowed strict action. Upon reaching, he held a meeting with Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. The Resistance Front (TRF), a Lashkar-e-Taiba-backed group, has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack, opposing the settlement of “outsiders” in Kashmir. World leaders including Trump, Putin, and the UN condemned the attack.
