Sonny Fai and Jason Taumalolo were both ex-students of Kedgley Intermediate and have been recognized for their achievements on and off of the rugby field.

They are our Backyard Heroes and continue to inspire many young boys and girls in South Auckland who hope to become rugby league legends such as themselves.
