The Multi-Disciplinary Team led by MKPL Architects is proud to announce that its project, the Toa Payoh Integrated Development (TPID), has been revealed to the public by SportSG.

The Toa Payoh Integrated Development (TPID) is a collaborative design effort. The Multi-Disciplinary Team consists of POPULOUS, the sports architect, ARUP, the civil and structural engineer, WSP, the mechanical and electrical engineer, STX Landscape Architects, the landscape architect, AECOM, the quantity surveyor, Ramboll, the environmental sustainability consultant, POPULOUS, the signage consultant, PH Consulting, the Design for Safety consultant, Nipek, the lighting consultant, Dr Yeo Kang Shua, the heritage consultant, ARUP, the acoustic, security, façade, noise, and AV and multimedia consultant, Knight Frank, the market research consultant, and the Australian Centre for Value Management (ACVM), the value management consultant. Ramboll is also part of the team as the traffic consultant.

TPID aspires to be an innovative and integrated development through creative land use and thoughtful planning. Combining Sports facilities with a Polyclinic, Library, and Town park, it aims to be a distinctive landmark and vibrant community hub, to rejuvenate the site and transform it into a vibrant mixed-use precinct.
