焯盐水
用盐把柚子的苦味“逼”出来,不然再怎么煮糖水吃起来还是有苦味哦!最多焯三次盐水,应该就能祛除多余的苦味。每次焯水时都要品尝一下味道,确认苦味有减少。如果觉得焯水三次麻烦,可以用盐巴腌制果肉和果皮至少三小时后再焯水。

柚子
果肉分为红肉和白肉,不同品种有独特的风味。制作柚子茶时,不同品种的柚子会有不同的清香味。对于品种没有特别的讲究,主要是选择果肉不那么多汁饱满或味道酸涩的柚子。另外,如果家里有很多柚子来不及吃,可以煮成柚子茶冷藏保存,能保存约两个月。新鲜多汁又饱满的柚子建议直接吃,比较省事,哈哈。

蜂蜜柚子茶

Honey Pomelo Tea
