In this cake decorating tutorial, I am going to show you how to decorate this snowflake Sweet 16 birthday cake! You'll learn how to make a Sweet 16 fondant topper and how to use an impression mat. We will also review how to use a stencil on buttercream and how to attach these snowflakes to the cake to give it a 3-D look. This is a perfect design for Winter celebrations!
