Soak For 30 Min.
Caramel Syrup:
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
1/3 Cup Water
Keep Aside
¼ Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Oil
Mix
1 Cup Flour
1 Tspn Baking Powder
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
Sieve
¼ Cup Powder Sugar
½ Tspn Cinnamon Powder
¼ Tspn Ginger Powder
¼ Tspn Nutmeg Powder
Caramel Syrup
Soaked Fruits
Mix
6 Inch Mould
Grease Oil
Place a Baking Paper
Pour Batter
Nut And Raisin
Place a Curry Pan
Pre-Heat For 5-7 Min.
Cook For 40-45 Min.
