Lorewatch: Zenyatta - Overwatch Lore & Speculation

After the Omnic Crisis the world was divided as the defeated Omnics remained and began to reintegrate back into society. Some managed this harmoniously, others struggled causing riots and bloodshed. Among this chaos a group of Omnics experienced spiritual enlightenment that would eventually lead them to becoming the standard bearers for peace and unity across the globe. One monk, Zenyatta, had his own unique methods for sharing the inner peace inherent within the teachings of the Shambali, and as he roams the world healing wounds both physical and spiritual who can sat where his journey will take him.
