sweden diaries: a cozy start to december❄️

dear diary,

december has been so good to me. the days are quite busy, but i've been managing my time and stress really well. the running is strong again, my knitting skills are progressing. i caved and bought an advent star lamp. it's almost scary how much joy it brings me during these short days. and... i have finally found a morning routine that works for me! i've stuck with it for a week and a half now so it's pretty solid. for anyone curious it's:

wake up
make a warm drink
read/translate two pages of sommarhus senare while
watching julkalendern (sweden's christmas program)
stretch and a core workout
make breakfast
take on the day!

after a tough november, it feels a tad weird but really nice to be so happy :)
