In the early morning hours of August 21, 2025, Arkansas State Police Trooper Joshua Fitzgerald spotted a gray Dodge Charger with expired tags and unconfirmed insurance traveling northbound on Interstate 430 in North Little Rock.

After initiating a traffic stop near the 11-mile marker, the vehicle briefly pulled over before fleeing as the trooper approached. The Charger exited onto Highway 100 and quickly disappeared from view. Despite attempts to relocate the vehicle along I-430, the pursuit was called off within minutes to prevent unnecessary risk.
