I’ve had quite a few requests for more guidance on marching with the hoop around the waist. So throughout this workout I introduce various moves that will help you achieve your march!

With this march under you belt, you’ll also build up the ability to move more freely. Dancing and grooving with the hoop around the waist.

Warm up and cool down.
I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

Which Hoop?
This is great workout for using weighted hula hoops. However you can equally use your favourite heavy dance hoop.

Mine is 110cm | 43" in diameter with a metal core and foam.
It weighs 1.3kg | 2.8lb.
