Recipe:

For one or two people, these quantities should be fine.
2 medium Yellow Gold potatoes, cut into one-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil flakes
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and fry in air fryer.
