Today's recipe is Adukku Pathiri/layered Chicken Pathiri/Athisaya Pathiri.It is a very tasty Malabar special item of Kerala, India.

Ingredients:

Cooking chicken :

Boneless chicken 150 -200 gm
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 3 -4
Water if necessary (2-3 tbsp)

For Masala filling:

Sunflower oil/ coconut oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Finely chopped big onion - 2
Green chilli 1-2 finely chopped
Salt 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp

For Dosa batter:

Maida 175 gm
Water 1 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg 1

For Egg mix:

Eggs -6
Salt - 2 pinch
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
