Solo Backpacking Big Pine Lakes in Inyo National Forest

Summer 2021.
A 10 day trip to the Sierras centered around a potential Mt. Whitney summit.
Everything changed when lightning struck Whitney Portal and shut down the trail for two weeks.
After a little shuffle in the itinerary, I ended up at Big Pine Lakes.
