We remove a stuck on electric PTO clutch and pulley from Ariens Zoom 2040 zero turn riding mower.

The clutch will not come off.

We use penetrating oil and an air hammer with a blunt end.

You can purchase a similar air hammer at https://amzn.to/3RwFR5y

This is the easiest way to remove a stuck on clutch.

If you do not have an air hammer you can use a regular hammer and lightly tap with a punch but it takes a significantly longer amount of time.
