Prepare for another seismic shift in the horror metal landscape as TORSO returns with their highly anticipated sophomore album, Brain Cells. The brainchild of UK horror metal legends POSSESSOR, frontman and guitar virtuoso Graham Bywater resurrected the ferocity of his musical vision less than a year after his former band's demise. Like a spectral bad penny, he returned with TORSO, a project described as the aural equivalent of a dayglo Dario Argento movie shot during an apocalypse in the early 90s.

After the otherworldly debut, A Crash Course in Terror, TORSO is back, meaner and leaner than ever. Brain Cells promises a raw, DIY sound that pushes the boundaries of horror metal even further. Drawing on influences from the weirdest drive-in films, a lifelong obsession with KISS, and the headbanging hardcore, grunge, and thrash fury of the 80s and 90s, Brain Cells is set to deliver a relentless auditory assault. Fans can expect an album that embodies the true spirit of DIY, with brooding industrial rhythms, throbbing BIG MUFF tones, and ferocious riff-wielding energy.
