In volleyball, the 5-1 formation is the primary tactical setup. This means there are five attacking players on the court (either four attackers and one libero) and one setter.

In this video, I'll broadly explain what each player does on the court. What positions should the outside hitters occupy? Where does the opposite need to run? From where does the setter initiate plays? And where should the middle blockers and libero position themselves?
