The mixing of paints is based on what I prefer and consistency.
In mixing crafts smart paint I like to mix it with 2 part of Floetrol,1 part of Elmers glue All and 1 bottle of 2 oz Crafts Smart Paint. It depend also to your preference and If you want your paint to be thick you can add additional amount of glue or making it 1 1/2 part of floetrol.

Wear gloves and mask
Wash your hand after you pour
Make sure all the paints or any art supplies are not harmful and been approve by FDA or AP.
When you do torching make sure it's not close to the canvas so that it will not cause fire.
