Redefining Myself: The Reality of Starting Over

Starting over is easier said than done.

Last July I moved to a new city and this is a video compilation of me navigating my way into my "new life" and adapting to change. I am learning more about myself than I ever did in my life .

I hope you have been brave enough to re-start and have been kind to yourself along the way. Because this is our first life and we are doing it for the first time. We might not know how to do "life" except for trudging along the way.
