As a bit of context incase you missed it- Shenara (elf) and Romine (teifling)have the shaded plague, a sickness that can be easily triggered and make the carrier have violent uncontrollable outbursts. Romine's not a jerk I swear-

There's also a lot a left out- attacks, wis fails, ect.
