The Dune Thopter, or how to make your flight crew go deaf in less time than it took to read this

I am not going to lie - the Ornithopter design from Dune Parts 1 and 2 was, frankly, aesthetically awesome. The attention to detail exhibited in the models is remarkable and they were very well animated.

... but... I have serious reservations about going with a dragonfly-style 'thopter rather than a more-traditional bird-style. Obviously our business is turning things like this into small cubes, rather than actually seeing if they work or not, so our math may be a little wrong, but it's not looking good.
