🌧️ Week 2: Subscriber's Monsoon Maggi Recipe 🍜

Continuing our quest to find the Best Maggi recipe, today we’re trying @punammallick2424's Monsoon Maggi! Let’s dive into the process:

Step 1: Create the Flavor Mix 🌶️
1 tbsp minced garlic 🧄
1 tsp red chili powder 🌶️
1 tsp pizza seasoning 🍕
1 tsp chili flakes 🌶️
1 tsp sugar 🍬
Salt to taste 🧂
2 tbsp melted butter 🧈

Mix everything well until combined.

Step 2: Cook the Maggi 🍜
Boil 3-4 packets of Maggi noodles as per the instructions on the package.

Step 3: Sauté and Combine 🔥
Heat 2 slices of butter in a pan 🧈
Add 1 tbsp sesame seeds and let them sizzle 🌾
Pour in the prepared spice mix and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

Step 4: Add the Maggi and Cheese 🧀
Add the boiled Maggi noodles to the pan, mix thoroughly with the spices, and then layer 3 slices of cheese on top.
Stir until the cheese melts and coats the noodles completely.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy 😋
Your delicious Monsoon Maggi is ready to be served!
