It's been a while since I could post. I went out on a ride in January and 30 mins down the road the bike decided it was no longer going to change gears. Turns out a small spring on the selector snapped. Likely weakened when I went down after being hit by a courier some time back. It took 4 and a half weeks to get the part and get it fixed. A second bout of illness we don't talk about also slowed me down. So here is the first part of 3.... a trip down the well-known Lions Rd. Some details about this road itself in the second part
