You might know me from street interviews on YouTube Shorts, where I recreate childhood meals for strangers on the streets of NYC. Through these videos, I've enjoyed getting to know people through their favorite meals.

One of the meals I made for my street interview series was a homemade fettuccine alfredo for the favorite childhood meal of a NYC Statue performance artist. It's gotten over 130 million views on the internet and I thought I might re-create it for you guys:    • Fettuccine Alfredo  

I didn't write down the recipe so in this video I try to recreate it from memory. The secret is in the sauce I used ghee (which is like butter but with more fat) and Labneh instead of all heavy cream. Labneh gives the pasta a tangy flavor that balances out the fettuccine Alfredo.
