The Holy Quran is the word of Allah Almighty revealed to His servant and messenger, our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. It consists of 114 Surahs, some of which are Medinan and some Meccan. The longest Surah is Surah Al-Baqarah, which is one of the most beautiful and greatest Surahs of the Holy Quran. It contains one of the most beautiful verses, which is Ayat Al-Kursi. There are blessed Surahs of the Quran that increase sustenance, such as Surah Al-Waqi’ah, Surah Ar-Rahman, Surah Yasin, and Surah Al-Mulk. What is more beautiful than listening to the Holy Quran recited by the great reciters in Egypt and the Arab world, such as the reciter Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi and the reciter Abdul Basit Abdul Samad. In Kuwait, the reciter Mishary Rashid Al-Afasy, and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we find many honorable reciters, such as the reciter Maher Al-Muaiqly, the reciter Ali Al-Hudhaifi, the reciter Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, and many others.

The second goal is for a person to reach a stage of complete relaxation and psychological comfort in order to increase his psychological strength and enable him to overcome the barrier of worries and intense anger that exists in this age. A person cannot succeed in his life without the Holy Qur’an.
