INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon salt
Half cup of water or more as required

For Chicken Filling
400g minced chicken
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped spring onions
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
5-6 tablespoons of melted butter
Quater cup oil
Salt as per taste

Batter:
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons of cornflour
1 teaspoon of red chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
Pinch of tandori colour or food colour (optional)

Coating:
2 cups Cornflakes (crushed)

Instructions:

For the dough:
In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt and water; and when the flour looks crumbly, knead to a stiff dough, with water and keep aside for about 30 minutes, covered with damp cloth, so that the dough doesn't dry out.

For filling:
To make the filling, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-incorporated.

Divide the dough into equal small portions. Shape them into balls and roll them out thinly, to a circular shape.

Take a dough disk, place a spoonful of filling of chicken in the center, bring the edges together to cover the filling, twist carefully to seal.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned above for batter and add water gradually to it. Stir well to make thin batter.
Crush the cornflakes in a zip lock bag. Crush them and pour in separate bowl to roll the momos in them.

Now dip all your momos 1 at a time and roll in crushed cornflakes properly. Dip again and roll back in to crushed cornflakes for double coating. Ensure that the momos are completely covered with crushed cornflakes.

Heat oil in deep pan and deep fry the momos until golden brown and crisp in medium heat. Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve them hot, with momos or sezwan chutney and enjoy....
