Yet another piece of incomprehensible mess that is the Mega Man 4 soundtrack. To be fair, Drill Man's music isn't that bad, but breaking down the NES sound channels of the song it was a disaster. The "drums" (noise channel) were just the same repeating loop over and over again, so I decided to mix it up with my own flavor here. Also the loop point was changed because I really felt it was out of place. Also seems odd that this sounds sorta like my Magma Burning track.

This is probably the closest thing to a full arrangement as I'm gonna get.
