Living in my comfort zone seemed wonderful, but ruined my life. The comfort zone might be ruining your life too. With modern technology, services, and delivery at our fingertips, it can make life easy. At first, the comfort zone is great! But, the only way to live an intentional life is to break out of your comfort zone. Living mindfully takes self-awareness and change takes effort. I changed my life by choosing to live intentionally and doing difficult things.
