How to sew an easy tank top dress for barbie with a scrap of fabric + free pattern

Hi everyone!👋🏻🥰 I hope you're doing awesome! Let's make a tank top dress for barbie, from a scrap of tricot fabric (any fabric that can stretch in it's length & width can work here). That is a basic must have in every summer wordrobe. You can even customize it by adding ruffles to the buttom edge (i only said for example, i know all my awesome subscribes are creativity kings & queens)
Any ways the pattern has 3 dress length options & i sew the second ( the mid thigh option).

A scrap of tricot fabric or any fabric that can strech in both length & width
Needle
Thread
Sewing machine
Lighter / serger
Sewing pen / chalk
Scissor
