How to get rid of acne forever... Acne can be one of the worst and most life debilitating things a person can have to deal with. At any age. Not only can it be incredibly painful but the lack of self confidence is brutal. Lemon Seeds would be equivalent to finding the pot of gold. "Best Lemonade Ever"
For my lemonade I used 3 Lemons quartered (skin, seeds and all) and just brought the pot of water to a boil on the stove. Don't need to squeeze them as the heat draws all the goodness out. Then I stirred in the desired amount of Honey for sweetness. Any type of natural sugar could be used; preferably over refined sugars. Then I just let that sit and cool before pouring into juice jug and then place in the fridge to chill.
"Medicinal Concoction" (Can be used for children and pets as well)
Crush some lemon seeds and boil them in water, milk, juice. Whatever your taste of choice and just let it simmer for a bit until the color changes to a slight yellow. 15 minutes would probably be a good time frame and also letting them soak until cooled is beneficial. Either drink the crushed seeds in your concoction or strain them off.
Either of the Lemonade or Medicinal Concoction, can also be used in a spray bottle to mist directly onto the skin. Creating a supercharged internal/external full on healing environment for yourself.
