Eagles Offensive Concepts Cater to Hurts | NFL Week 6 Review | Kurt Warner Game Tape Breakdown

Alright, so I made a comment the other day about how a lot of the Eagles' system and passing game is very similar to what they’ve been doing over the last couple of years, even though they’ve had three different coordinators. It surprised me, and I commented that maybe it’s more about Jalen Hurts than the coordinators. My point was simply that maybe it’s just stuff Jalen feels really comfortable with, that he really likes, and that he wants to stay in that wheelhouse because he believes he can be his best there. Every system should cater to their quarterback, without a doubt, and build a system that fits them. I was just surprised that it looks so similar, so I thought I’d go through and show you what I’m talking about.

These are basic concepts... staple concepts... they’ve been in their offense for a long time. This whole game has been about those staples; I haven’t really seen much else other than the four strong we saw on the first play of the game. #jalenhurts #nfl #eagles
