In a previous video I argued that your work history can be the “X” factor as to whether or not you win your claim for Social Security disability benefits. If you have a long, consistent work history, your judge is much more likely to find you credible. People do not give up fulfilling careers and a solid income to wait at home for 2 years with no income to hopefully collect Social Security disability at some point in the future.

Now, with approval rates down in just about every hearing office, your work history merits even more emphasis.
