Rajbhog or Raj Bhog is a classic Indian Dessert (Bengali Sweet) made with paneer cheese. This dessert is quite similar to another famous Bengali sweet — Rasgulla. Making Rajbhog at home is very simple and fuss-free. Just follow the recipe carefully and you would end up with the best Rajbhog.

INGREDIENTS:-
Milk-1 littre
Vinegar-2tbsp
Water-4tbsp
maida-1tbsp
Chopped dry fruits- 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1tsp
khadi shakar -1tbsp
sugar-2 cups
water-7-8 cups
food colour -pinch

method:-
first, we will boil milk then add diluted vinegar to make Chenna out of milk...then we will filter with help of Mulmul cloth and wash it Chenna properly which I showed in the video then hang on this Chenna for one hour.
Chenna will take out in one flat surface plate then will mess it with help of a palm make it smoothen it then maida do it smooth ...shown in video.
Divide in two-part this Chenna ..1 as to 4 ratio.
Small potion will add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and khadishakar mix it properly.
another portion will add food colour in it and mix it ..then will make boll shape from it and will do stuffing of dry fruits portion in it which i showed in the video make a ball ...do make all bolls according to with remaining dough...
We will take big Kadai and add sugar and water make sugar syrup so will boil water once its boil will Kesar strings in it then add bolls in it cover it for 5-10 min then check it then again cover it for 10 min. then take out another bowl with sugar water and allow to come room temperature then keep this RAJBHOG in the fridge for 2 hours then its ready to serve .....ENJOY THIS TASTY RAJBHOG IN ANY FESTIVALS....
