After the success achieved among small and medium-sized craftsmen, SCM has developed new solutions to further improve the performance of the automatic edge banders.
The machines are fitted with the new eye-S compact 10” touchscreen control panel with Maestro active edge interface that allows an immediate and intuitive panel programming due the adaptative 3D design with real time preview of the set machining.
Error-free management is guaranteed by the machining guidance system which suggests the correct machine setup to the operator.
High performance and rapid set up according to the working program, thanks to the new automatic systems with pneumatic units on/off controlled by the machine NC.
The multi-radius tools on the trimming and edge scraping units as well as the possibility of working different edge thicknesses with automatic set-up further increase flexibility and accuracy.
The spray-mist device for delicate edges facilitates the processing of panels with delicate edges or with protective films, to avoid any damage caused by contact with the copying devices and to prevent the protective foil detachment (available only for me 40 model).
The machines are also equipped with the new edge storage with top support table and integrated heating system that ensures optimal gluing even in cold and/or humid environments.
