The male subject, who appeared to be intoxicated, refused multiple commands to step outside to de-escalate the situation. The encounter intensified when the subject reportedly clenched his fists and aggressively approached an officer. When law enforcement attempted to guide him away from the other party, the subject became physical, allegedly swinging a closed fist at an officer and striking their outer carrier. A struggle ensued on the floor as the subject continued to fight with officers and refused to place his hands behind his back.
