What you need
An incredible individual with a people-person background and a passion for technology and innovation with the following:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or relevant equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive HR management experience.
Proven experience with employee relations, training, supervising and mentoring HR staff.
Demonstrated recruiting experience and led with excellence through continuous improvement of the organisation by reinforcing teamwork to achieve results.
Innovative, experimenting, pushing boundaries, and having great ideas that break through results.
Willing to have a strong connection with people and be a talent champion with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Must possess outstanding time management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English.
