The Mangalore Dasara (Tulu: Marnemi, Konkani: Mannami), is a festival in the Indian city of Mangalore organized by Kudroli Shri Gokarnanatheshwara Temple.
Biruver Kudla (R)’ born and brought up ‘in’ and ‘for’ uplifting Tulu/coastal culture and Traditions. As a Non profit organization, their prime focus is stand out tall as the Tulunadu region’s helping hand for the people in need without any caste-creed-religion basis. They started the journey as the team dedicated to all the die hard fans of one of the biggest Pili Nalike (Tiger dance) groups of Kudla(Mangaluru), ‘Biruver Kudla’ with its supremo Uday Poojary Ballalbagh, wherein its name symbolizes the braveness; an army that tulunad soil has preserved to protect this motherland(Kudla). This group is aimed at not only uplifting the Gathudha(stylish) Pili nalike culture of Mangalore, but also all the Tulu native traditions and addon to the ‘Yenklena Kudla’ glory irrespective of the caste-creed-class.
