The Noya Neha Shrine is one of the Shrines in the Central Hyrule Region of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Location: Noya Neha Shrine is located on the Southern tip of the island North of the Quarry Ruins in Central Hyrule. Use a bomb arrow to blow away the rock and burn the thorns.
Noya Neha Shrine Walkthrough - A Minor Test of Strength

This is a combat trial, instead of a typical puzzle shrine. You must defeat a Guardian Scout II armed with a spear. It only has 375 health. Dodge attacks and rush when you can.

Roughly half way through the fight, the tiny guardian will hunker down and spin a laser around. Back off and use the updraft to glide over the guardian and strike it down.

After defeating the guardian, go grab the chest containing a Knight's Shield and speak to Monk Noya Neha for a spirit orb.
